2012: The then
First Lady Mama Lucy Kibaki gets admitted in Aga Khan Hospital Nairobi
suffering from an undisclosed ailment. Her admission was a top secret.
Before Aga Khan, she had been receiving treatment at Karen Hospital. The then President
Mwai Kibaki then makes one secret visit to the hospital, a visit that lasted
15 minutes.
On all the ocassions, The President did not use his
official motorcade and traffic police officers were always told at the last
minute that the Head of State would be headed to Aga Khan in an unmarked
car. The police were also told not to communicate about him on their
radios but on their mobile phones.
Why would the state have a seriously ailing first lady and keep
it secret from its citizens?
Perhaps many have been
asking the big questions as to where the fiery former first lady vanished to.
Nothing much has been heard from the Nyeri woman who is said to have been a
husband batterer. At one time, she nearly broke Kibaki’s sickly legs after a
scuffle at State House.
Sad
as may it sound, credible sources reveal that “KaLucy” died 8 months ago and
she was buried secretly. At the time of her death, she was so sickly and had
even turned mad. Her grave is secretly tucked inside their Muthaiga home and
only a few neighbours around Muthaiga know about the issue.
May
her soul rest in peace.
But again, Why
would the state have a seriously ailing first lady and keep it secret from its
citizens?
Oh My! This can be true, no wonder we don't see her attending even national occassions she used to attend, hata events tu za country jamani....RIP, but it is a real question hmm
